Druk Path Trek

This is a short trek of moderate difficulty, which leads from Paro to Thimpu or vice versa, crossing the chain of beautiful mountains that separate the two valleys. Along the route there are wonderful lakes teeming with fish. The area is famous for its spectacular rhododendron forests, which bloom in May. In the clear weather of late autumn and winter great views of the Himalayas can be had, making this a popular trail for visitors.
